Scope and Acceptance
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on Borjo.shop, operated by Bogdan Bakhaev EI (SIRET: 99417333400016), located at 5 Boulevard de Cessole, Nice, France. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
Products
Borjo offers handcrafted leather accessories. All products are made-to-order or in small batches. Photos are as accurate as possible, but natural variations in leather texture and color may occur. Each piece is unique, which is part of the charm of handcrafted goods.
Ordering and Payment
Orders are placed through our website. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other payment methods provided by Stripe. All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT when applicable. Payment is required at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud or non-payment.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided. This email confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders if items are unavailable or in case of pricing errors.
Shipping - European Union
We ship to all EU countries. Standard delivery times are 5-10 business days from order confirmation. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. All EU orders include VAT in the final price. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping - United States
We ship to the United States. Standard delivery times are 10-15 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. US customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by US Customs. These charges are not included in our prices and are the buyer's responsibility.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt. To exercise this right, send an email to info@borjo.shop stating your intention to return. Items must be returned unused, in original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
Returns and Exchanges (US Customers)
US customers may return items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original condition. Contact info@borjo.shop to initiate a return. Return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred are the customer's responsibility. Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us at info@borjo.shop within 7 days of receipt with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Liability
Borjo is liable for defects in materials and workmanship. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential damages. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Intellectual Property
All content on Borjo.shop, including designs, logos, and product photography, is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts, without prejudice to EU consumer rights to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
