Return Policy Overview
At Borjo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
EU Customer Returns (14-Day Right of Withdrawal)
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your item. You do not need to provide a reason for your return. To exercise this right, email us at info@borjo.shop stating your intention to return the item and include your order number.
US Customer Returns
US customers may return items within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, contact us at info@borjo.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and address.
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Email info@borjo.shop within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return. Step 2: We will confirm your return request and provide return instructions. Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached. Step 4: Ship the item back to the address provided. Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Return Shipping Costs
For EU customers: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error. For US customers: You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets our return conditions (unused, original condition, all tags attached), we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@borjo.shop within 7 days of receipt. Include photos of the defect or damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used. Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective. If you have questions about whether your item is eligible for return, contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 14 days of us receiving your return, please first check with your bank or credit card company - processing times can vary. If you still haven't received your refund, contact us at info@borjo.shop with your order number.
