Shipping Regions
We currently ship to all European Union countries and to the United States. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@borjo.shop and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
European Union Shipping
Standard delivery within the EU takes 5-10 business days from order confirmation. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination country and the weight of your order. All EU orders include VAT in the final price shown at checkout. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
United States Shipping
Standard delivery to the US takes 10-15 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Please note: US customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may be charged by US Customs. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and vary depending on the value of your order and your local regulations.
Order Processing Time
As all Borjo products are handcrafted, please allow 2-3 business days for order processing before shipping. This time allows us to carefully prepare and package your item. During busy periods (holidays, sales), processing may take slightly longer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to follow your package's journey. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@borjo.shop.
Shipping Carriers
We work with reliable postal services and courier companies including La Poste (Colissimo) for EU shipments and international carriers for US deliveries. The specific carrier will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@borjo.shop with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Customs and International Shipping (US Customers)
For US customers: Your package will go through customs clearance upon arrival in the United States. Customs processing times vary and are beyond our control. You may be contacted by the carrier or customs office to pay any applicable duties and taxes before your package can be delivered. These fees are determined by US Customs and are the buyer's responsibility.
